Hi everyone! How's your day? Anyway, I will post a new makeup review on Monday so while waiting, why don't you read this post first? Today will be a very short post so sit back and enjoy! =D
My oppa and I went to Los Angeles about a month ago and we finally had the opportunity to visit the Griffith Observatory. So pretty, right? The Griffith Observatory is one of L.A.'s greatest cultural attractions, offering spectacular views from the Pacific Ocean to Downtown L.A. from its perch on Mt. Hollywood in Griffith Park.
A front view of the iconic Griffith Observatory, sitting above Hollywood in Griffith Park, Los Angeles, California.
Thankfully, we went on such a beautiful weather! Before I go there, I just thought that would be boring. I guessed it just looked like a boring museum, but, it made me change the notion. It was amazing place that I have never seen. I'm happy I got to check this place out! =D
When you arrive, the parking lot may be full depending on the day you come so you can find parking available along the street on Fern Dell.
This is a must see place for any tourist! If you are in the area, you really have to visit this place! There is so much to see and to do.
The statue in front of the Observatory.
The observatory is a must see sight when visiting Los Angeles and the museum inside is free and interactive. Access to the Observatory is through Griffith Park, which has several entrances along Los Feliz Boulevard.
The exhibits are fun for all ages with interactive displays.
It's a nice spot inside and out with amazing views for great photo! The Observatory itself is a stunning piece of architecture and the whole building is to be marveled.
Inside the observatory you can learn a lot about the solar system and space.
The Griffith Observatory's grounds, exhibits, and telescopes are open and free to the public each day the building is open.
Inside the museum store there are several interactive scientific displays and tons of information.
The Observatory is really fun and interesting, you can learn a lot about the planet, the stars and the galaxy.
If you love astronomy and are fascinated with planet earth and our surrounding universe and beyond, this is a must see venue.
The planetarium show is great and there are several interesting exhibits so make sure to go around them all with an awesome staff to complement the experience.
When you arrive, make sure to check the times for the Tesla Coil demonstration, as it is amazing. Its is a great place to come with your family, friends, or anyone that you love!
We really enjoyed the observatory and the displays, shows and interactive displays they had to offer.
When we visited Griffith Observatory it was crowded with tourist, yet there was plenty of space to relax and allows visitors to see LA in a beautiful way.
The views from here are amazing! The whole hike you can pretty much see all of Los Angeles from the Hollywood sign to Downtown.
The view is also breathtaking when you get on top.
I really recommend this hike to everyone because it's a great workout with a beautiful scenery!
You should bring comfortable shoes and to be aware that once you get to the top, depending on the time you go, you probably will be around well dressed tourists, while you're in your casual hiking gear and running shoes.
This is our first time hiking up to the observatory. We lucked out and came on a beautiful day and the warmth was just right.
Climb to the top via stairs and shoot pics of downtown Los Angeles!
One of the best views of Los Angeles and Sunset from here!
Overall, My first visit was short but so worth it because we got some really great pictures, and we found parking pretty easily. If you want to see Los Angeles from a unique and amazing perspective the Griffith Observatory is a great place to come and learn about the science of space. This place is dedicated to space and the history of space.
