Hello everyone, on Women's Day what can I wish for, but the very best for you! Let me take this opportunity to wish you a Happy Women’s Day! Women's Day is celebrated on 8th March every year, originally this day was dedicated for working women.
Today I will talk about LIFE! Life can be cruel sometimes, and most people, at one time or another, feel like shit. Bad things happen to good people and good things happen to bad people. It really sucks when it feels like nothing is going your way. This can mean different things for different people. It might include feeling sad, upset, stressed out, or desperate. It might also be a sense of not feeling like yourself or feeling physically sick.
I have seen many storms in my life. Most storms have caught me by surprise, so I had to learn very quickly to look further and understand that I am not capable of controlling the weather, to exercise the art of patience and to respect the fury of nature.
I've learned that no matter what happens, or how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow. I've learned that making a "living" is not the same thing as making a "life." I've learned that life sometimes gives you a second chance. I've learned that you shouldn't go through life with a catcher's mitt on both hands; you need to be able to throw something back. I've learned that whenever I decide something with an open heart, I usually make the right decision. I've learned that even when I have pains, I don't have to be one. I've learned that every day you should reach out and touch someone. People love a warm hug, or just a friendly pat on the back. I've learned that I still have a lot to learn. I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.
When you're feeling shitty, you might have the urge to lash out at someone, even if they had nothing to do with your feelings. Here are some ideas that might stop you from blowing up and help you get to a happier place.
* Talk to someone. Talking to someone you feel comfortable with, like a close friend, boyfriend/ girlfriend, or parents (if you close them), can be a great way of expressing your feelings. These people might also be able to help you identify why you are feeling shitty and work out strategies for dealing with it.
* Chill out. Sometimes getting some space away from what is making you feel this way or a change of scenery can be helpful. This might include going for a walk or listening to your favorite music, reading a book, going to the movies, or whatever works for you.
* Express your feelings. Writing down your feelings or keeping a journal can be a great way of understanding your current emotions in a particular situation. It can also help you come up with alternative solutions to problems. Express your feelings in a way that won't cause bodily damage to yourself or another person. Try shouting at the beach, yelling or crying into a pillow, or dancing round the room to loud music.
Never let go of a good thing without a fight, you can't always wait for the perfect moment. You must dare to do it because life is too short to regret and wonder what could have been. Maybe the thing you’re scared of is exactly what you should do. Life is about risking it all for a dream no one can see but you. Never be ashamed of what you feel and what you want. You have the right to feel any emotion that you want, and to do what makes you happy.
I'm just thankful for everything, all the blessings in my life, trying to stay that way. I think that's the best way to start your day and finish your day and hopefully I'll learn from my mistakes and have the opportunity to strengthen and improve the next thing I do.
