Times Square Mall in Korea

This past weekend Me and Oppa visited the Times Square (타임스퀘어) in Yeongdeungpo (영등포) for the first time. It's one of the best places in Korea to spend great time. We haven't had the chance to visit Times Square yet, so I was really excited to visit when I found out it was actually here in Seoul.

Christmas is Almost Here! Outside the entrance of Times Square Mall, there were lovely and brightly lit a christmas tree. Christmas isn't a season, but it's a feeling. Everywhere I look there are signs of Christmas, and Christmas trees are sprouting up everywhere now.

Christmas decoration theme for shopping mall. Here are more shots of Christmas decorations at The Times Square Mall in Korea.

I pretty love the design of the mall, it has a galleried centre with a glass ceiling so it's really gorgeous and not stuffy.
Times Square is primarily a commercial center, designers have taken great care to incorporate environmentally-friendly spaces as well.
Times Square Complex opened in 2009 and many buildings are broken up into offices, hotels, a hospital, Shinsegae Shopping centre, convention and wedding halls, a multiplex, shopping malls, CGV cinema and more.

The shopping mall proper is lovely, with interesting features around. Oh! Anyway, does this look like snow falling? Hahaha.

The shopping mall was clean and huge, but mainly from the mainstream stuff, all the big brands, including Prada, Montblac, Gucci, Rolex, Cartier, MCM, Coach, Burberry, etc. Times Square Seoul aims to be a modern trendy city within a city where people can come and do everything in one place. Times Square has dozens of stores to choose from and is very popular with young people who go shopping or go on a date.
Times Square is twice as large as IFC Mall in Yeouido, which had previously been the largest shopping mall in Korea.
Everything necessary for urban living can be found inside the complex at Times Square. This shopping mall is more than just your average shopping center.

Neat and modern indoor shopping with a variety of stores and restaurants.
If you stay arround here, it can be a nice place to get home products that are better than usual Korean Department Stores, but less expensive than the high end department stores.
I spend some time looking around at the stores on this level. On the ground floor you can find Prada, 8 Seconds, Givenchy, Zara, Gucci, Bulgary, Louis Vuitton, Cath Kidston, TOD's, etc.

Times Square is a large, comprehensive lifestyle complex equipped with various leisure, entertainment, accommodation and dining facilities including; Shinsegae Department Store featuring a number of luxury brands and high-end local products; CGV Starium featuring 12 multiplex movie theaters, the Starium with the world's largest screen and multiple performance center; Kyobo Book Centre; E-Mart Discount Supermarket; Courtyard by Marriott featuring 273 rooms, 10 suites and 5 meeting rooms on 16 floors; Kolon Sporex Luxury Fitness Center; Amoris Banquet and Convention; I Like Dalgi Children's Theme Park; restaurants, and many more.

Outside the main entrance of Time Square, there were brightly lit reindeers pulling a carriage.
There are interesting and beautiful unique sculptures outside which makes the place even more interesting.
