Jeju Volcanic Pore Cleansing Foam

Hello friends I'm back!!!
Today I wanna talk about the product I purchased last month: The Jeju Volcanic Pore Cleansing Foam which is from Innisfree! I think that since it's getting colder out and since skin tends to get drier during the winter months, you might want to consider a more moisturizing cleanser, right?!
The Korean winter proved to be very harsh on my skin and I found myself in the need for a new skincare routine. I have quite a number of Korean cleansers, but I decided to review this one, because it is the one I have been using quite frequently lately! As you know from previous posts, I suffered a lot through this autumn because my skin got much drier. I’ve changed few moisturizer and foam cleanser but havent been satisfied. My skin doesnt get flaky but it feels so tight that I’m not supposed to smile or laugh. But now it feels completely soft and smooth, well moisturized with the use of Innisfree The Jeju Volcanic Pore Cleansing Foam! Anyway, I decided to get this particular cleanser because it contains micro beads for gentle exfoliation that is perfect for everyday use!

Ok! I start talking about the packaging!
The product itself: Tube packaging!  I love the simple packaging of this cleanser. As you can see, it comes in this squeeze type bottle, with a flip cap. The product is relatively big, with a generous amount inside. I quite like the flip top, and this seems to be the norm for most Korean cleansers. It allows you to dispense the proper amount and it is sanitary.

Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Pore Cleansing Foam with scoria and green complex purifies pores and leaves skin looking and feeling fresh. Innisfree Jeju Volcanic is a powerful pore purifying line using volcanic clusters from Jeju Island. Volcanic clusters were created from harden lava when there was a volcanic eruption in Jeju Island. Volcanic cluster is a rare pure ingredient and has a stronger sebum absorptive ability than red clay or mud, removing sebum and trouble-causing impurities in pores for clean skin.

It has been a habit of mine to check the ingredients list of the products before I use them. There is no english description on the packaging but here's what is printed on the packaging for those who reads korean!

How I use this product?
I use this product two times per day in the mornings and in the night.
Anyone with oily or dry skin, I suppose someone with drier skin could try this out, and may have no problems, but I think that the product might be a little drying for those without excess oil production in their skin to begin with. As you can see, the product is white and quite thick, with little brown beads. These feel nice, they seem to serve as a gentle exfoliator, and I feel like these are what unclog your pores. The texture is creamy and easily foams up so there is no need to be hesitant about the harshness of the beads. What really surprised me was the lovely smell, because this cleanser foams up pretty decently and have a really mild pleasant flora scent. It’s fresh and I really like it!

This is a picture after I wet my hands and this is a fluid of the dispensed product on my hand. As you can see, the product is white and quite thick, with little brown beads. I really find that this cleanser helps me keep my pores clear, and it really does help with the oils on my face, so this cleanser helps mattify my skin. After washing with it, my face is nice and matte, without being overly drying.
This cleanser is really nice because it is thick and lathers really well for a thorough clean of the skin. I especially like it for days where my skin was being overly oily or if I've had a make-up day, and I also liked that I could easily control the consistency of this cleanser where I could have a 'light' cleanse by adjusting the amount of water I mix it with. This makes it totally skin nicely for day-to-day use.
I have been using this product for about one month now and there is still plenty of product left to use. After only one month of using this cleanser my skin felt much smoother, brighter, cleaner, pores even slightly reduced, and soft on the inside and the outside, it gives me a healthy glow, and very natural skin. Anyway, you really don't need much to wash your face, you need very little product to cover your entire face, I'd say about a dime size would suffice, because this product seriously lathers, and it foams up like crazy!

Overall, I really like this cleansing foam, and I will repurchase this one but I think it would take a few more months to finish this tube since it's really big. hahah! I use it after my make-up remover and it doesn’t dry out my skin at all and this cleanser would be great for those with oily skin or those who wear a lot of make-up on a regular basis. The scent is great and I can’t get enough of it. I found that these products helped reduce the number of visible blackheads, brightened up my skin, provided moisture and helped to prevent breakouts.
So that's it! I hope you guys like my review and it helps you decide whether you want to try it or not. See you in my next post!!!
