Teddy Bear Museum and Cafe

Hello Friends, today I'm back with another story!

Myeongdong is one of the must visit places in Seoul, and Myeongdong is one of the busiest places in Seoul and is among Korea's premier shopping destinations. Girls are going to be in an world of beauty products, you just have to enter any shops I am sure that you just can’t be satisfied until your hands are over full with bags but one thing is important must carry a lot of cash for it. There is no need to worry about any language barriers as there are many shop have English speaking persons to help you out.
I walked around Myeongdong (명동) with my boyfriend and it was really crowded, so i can not take a lot of pictures there because it's really stuffy!

Anyway, suddenly I want to drink fresh juice, I think I've been craving orange and peach juice all the time.
I told my boyfriend that I want to drink fresh juice, after looking around, we stopped for drink juice at Hobong.

Check out the menu for fresh Juice!
Fresh juice prices range from 2,700 Won to 3,500 Won.

Fruit juices, as fresh as you can get them.

Since I like fresh juice so much, I ordered the orange and peach juice, and it tastes really delicious.

It is perfect for summer or any time of year if you can get hold of juices orange and peaches because I love having fresh juice for breakfast.

I know many of you also love cute cafe, but you may not necessarily know where to go. Being a cafe addict, I've been traveling around Korea over the last few years trying to identify the very best cafes in Korea.

Have you heard about Teteru Cafe located at Myeongdong (명동), Korea?
The fantasy Teddy Bear character TETERU, which whole family can enjoy.
Teddy Bears keep to protect children's emotion and innocence of chilhoods during the last 100 years, TETERU company limited, who has shown the possibility of business and cultural grow-up in relation to Teddy Bear, now opens a TETERU Museum in Myoung-dong, Seoul based on our know-how.

서울특별시 중구 명동 4길 26 2,3층 테테루뮤지엄

Phone Number: 070-4151-6600

While I have to admit that the interior design of this cafe is lovely and really cute. Here you can find everything you want to know about Teddy Bears, it contains two galleries, a Museum Teddy Bear, and a Teteru Cafe (There is souvenir shop too).

Walk up the stairs and be greeted by the happening museum.

I had to go into the Museum, it was nice and cute but really small place! I think it would be a good idea for kids or young people, not for old people.

Walk up the stairs and be greeted by the happening cafe.

It is next to the Museum, so if you just wanted to drink here, without going in the Museum, you can do it!

Teteru cafe is a nice place to meet friends, family, and your lover. In here we can get FREE-Wifi too.
If you're a Teddy Bear lover, Teteru Cafe is good place for you.

Let's focus on the interior and the mighty cuteness ambiance.

The menu is all written on the black board.
The prices range from 3,000 Won to 4,000 Won.
It has a small selection of drink and the price at these cafe are a little expensive (it's not cheap) compare to normal cafe arround Seoul.

The bears are all very cute and adorable.

The decorations make the place look pretty, and awesome.

Whole cafe decorated with everyone's favorite doll, the Teddy Bear, the overload cuteness has brought a lovely atmosphere, even to someone who's not really into dolls.

There were some Teddy Bear and friends collectibles for purchase if you are a Teddy Bear fan.

If the only thing wrong with a Teddy Bear doll, you can fix it at Teddy Bear Clinic. They personally design and handcraft from there very own original designs. If you are just looking for informations or that special gift you have come to the right place from here you can collect dolls teddy bears easily from all over the world.

Teteru Cafe offers some comfortable and relaxing spaces to sit inside too. Pretty decorations all round the lovely cafe, and very cute decorated. The cafe exudes a jungle like atmosphere with lots of animal, and a lovely design.
The place is huge, and cozy, i went there at morning and it was okay to sit and chit chat with my boyfriend while having tea and coffee.
I love how they use a brown chairs with wood panel for the seating.

Here's what we have ordered for that day!
The drinks came quickly, but to be honest, the drinks was not really up to our expectations. It's a pity that the drink was not up to expectations, and considering the fact that the price was not really cheap, I felt that it was not worth the money at all. After all, this is a Cafe! How can a cup of green tea and americano taste so bad?! From the look, one can easily tell that the coffee and the tea is so diluted to begin with and it's almost tasteless. Paying 6,000 Won for this is clearly unacceptable, and the service wasn't good!

I place much concern on the drinks when I visit a cafe and needless to say, I will never visit this cafe anymore till I come across any great improvements mentioned in other reviews! The drinks is not that great, it's just interesting to have a concept cafe and the cafe turned out cute, only good for instagram, facebook, and blog pictures.

Okay, we are not order anything else, so let's take a selfie!

We strolled around the cafe area to find a good wallet.
Lucky, Finally he found it!

He bought a new wallet from DPARK'S for himself and he bought it for 18,000 Won.

After some shopping, we were too tired to look arround, so we decided to have lunch first. My boyfriend said he wanted to eat kalguksu (칼국수), I just said okay, actually I don't like noodles, but for that time i think it's okay, because i'm not really hungry.

We ordered Tofu noodles and Kimchi fried tofu noodles. We like the tofu because really soft. Tofu (Dubu, Tubu, Dooboo in Korean) is made by curdling soymilk, it's similar in process to the way cheese is made from cow or goat's milk. The coagulated soymilk is pressed into blocks known as soymilk. Dubu is high in protein and calcium and is low in fat and carbohydrates.

Kalguksu is a Korean noodle dish consisting of handmade, knife cut wheat flour noodles served in a large bowl with broth and other ingredients. It is traditionally considered a seasonal food, consumed most often in summer. Its name comes from the fact that the noodles are not extruded or spun, but cut.

Sorry, I can't remember the name of this restaurant, sadly, but it was located at Myeongdong. The restaurant is small place and kind of hard to locate. Tiny little restaurant that may be easy to miss if you're not looking for it, but clean and homey inside! However, once you find this place, you'll be glad you did. It was a good experience and I will definitely be going back.

This was our lunch! I'm surprised of how big the portion is! We finished it and felt so full. I only tried the noodles here, but oh my god is it tasty!
The food was delicious, service was excellent, and the portions are huge for great prices. I have to say their noodle soup is fantastic! The texture of the noodle is very chewy and fresh! What an awesome lunch!

Tofu Noodles
I definitely recommend Tofu Noodles! The deep flavors in the tofu noodles just gives me a boost in energy!

Kimchi fried tofu noodles
My boyfriend said the kimchi fried tofu noodles was very good, and it was not spicy at all.

Well, It was so fun to explore the vibrant and lively parts of Myeongdong.
I hope you like this post and please wait for my next post.
